I was raised in a nurturing environment that emphasized personal growth and academic excellence, I pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Development, later, followed by a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have a deep interest in human flourishing and the intricate connections between the heart, mind, and body.
With a dedicated focus on flourishing, I seek integrate the complex interplay between body, soul, and mind. Specializing in addressing depression, anxiety, and trauma, I bring a unique perspective that blends theological, philosophical, and psychological approaches. Through thoughtful exploration, I aim to help clients discover within themselves the desire and ability to flourish.
I employ a person-centered approach, believing that clients know themselves best. Utilizing narrative and behavioral techniques, I also hold certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology (GCAT). As a certified Clinical Traumatologist with GCAT, I remain committed to continuously learning new methods to achieve the best results and foster individual growth and flourishing.
