Compensation that fits your practice
Fixed payout
Receive a predetermined payout for eligible services under Help Therapy’s group model. Help Therapy handles billing and collections, so your payout does not depend on when an insurance claim is paid.
Percentage of Collections
For eligible arrangements, compensation is based on payments collected for your services. Payment timing and amounts vary with collections.

Founded in 1993 by clinical psychologist Dr. Annette Conway, Help Therapy began by helping people access care beyond the traditional office setting. Today, we continue connecting patients and mental health providers while supporting the administrative work that makes care possible.
Referral relationships may include medical practices, hospitals, surgical teams, community organizations, and other care partners. We work to connect patients with clinicians whose expertise fits the referral need.

Commitment to timely documentation and professional standards of care.
Psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPC's, other eligible licensed therapists, and qualified psychiatric providers may apply. Eligibility varies by state, payer, and role.

Do I need to work full-time?
Share your preferred availability in the application. We can discuss whether your schedule aligns with current referral needs and participation requirements.
Can I provide telehealth?
Telehealth opportunities may be available depending on your state licensure, clinical services, payer requirements, and current needs.
Does Help Therapy help with billing?
Yes. Billing support is part of the applicable participation arrangement. We will explain responsibilities for documentation, service reporting, claims, and payment questions during onboarding.
How does compensation work?
Compensation depends on your agreement and eligible services. New participation is generally discussed around Help Therapy’s fixed payout structure, with rates and requirements reviewed before you commit.
Will I receive a guaranteed number of referrals?
No. Referrals depend on patient needs, your specialties, location, payer participation, availability, and other factors.
Do I have to be credentialed already?
It is not necessary. Our credentialing team can assist with your credentialing needs. Please tell us about your current payer participation. Requirements vary based on your role and agreement, and our team will discuss any steps that may be needed.
Can I maintain my existing practice?
Yes, you can join Help Therapy while continuing your private practice or other employment. During the application process, tell us about your current practice and work commitments. We’ll discuss how a partnership with Help Therapy may fit and review any applicable agreement requirements.
