Our team reviews your request, checks relevant insurance information, and helps identify providers who fit your needs and location.

3

Take the next step toward care.

Once a provider is identified, we help coordinate the next steps for scheduling and any required paperwork.

Prefer not to use insurance, or need a service your plan does not cover? Ask about private-pay availability and fees before scheduling.
