Emergency and Crisis Resources

Help Therapy is not an emergency service. Do not use our referral or contact forms for urgent or emergency assistance.

Immediate danger or a medical emergency

If you or someone else is in immediate danger or needs emergency medical attention in the United States, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Suicide or mental health crisis support

In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Chat Online opens the official 988 Lifeline website in a new tab.

Veterans, service members, and loved ones

Call 988, then press 1, or text 838255 to reach the Veterans Crisis Line. You do not need to be enrolled in VA benefits or health care to connect.

After dialing 988, press 1 when prompted. The Veterans Crisis Line link opens the official website in a new tab.

Nonurgent Help Therapy questions

For routine scheduling, referrals, or administrative questions, contact Help Therapy. If you need crisis support, use the resources above instead of waiting for a response from our team.

Outside the United States

If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency number or a local crisis service. The U.S. numbers on this page may not work from other countries.
