About Help Therapy

Founded in 1993 by clinical psychologist Dr. Annette Conway, Help Therapy helps patients, families, and referring professionals connect with mental health care. Our team coordinates referrals and helps patients find providers suited to their needs.

Helping people connect with care since 1993

Finding care can involve more than choosing a name from a directory. Help Therapy helps with the practical steps—from reviewing a referral and discussing insurance to identifying available providers and coordinating scheduling. Clinical care is delivered by the treating professionals.

Dr. Annette Conway, a clinical psychologist, founded Help Therapy in 1993. Today our team coordinates referrals for counseling, psychiatry and medication management, and psychological evaluations.
