Hello and welcome! Whether you’re new to therapy or looking to build on the work you've already done, I’m here to support you on your journey. My educational background includes advanced degrees in education and clinical psychology. Professionally, I have spent time working as a teacher, grief counselor in hospice, and therapist in private practice. I grew up in a family with alcohol abuse and narcissism, so I understand living versus thriving. Relationships with proper boundaries feel refreshing and satisfying.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I aim to empower every individual, couple, and family with tools to confidently face life’s challenges. Life and relationships can be complicated. People often undervalue mental and emotional wellbeing. Paying attention to anger, anxiety, or depression can save a marriage and stabilize a family. I deeply believe in the importance of personal responsibility for emotional well-being and recognize how often we unknowingly give away control over our happiness and contentment to others. My approach with emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy centers on defining your unique vision for yourself and your relationships which enables you to make mindful choices toward joy and fulfillment.

If you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief, or relationship difficulties, know that with the right support, improvement is possible. Life is precious and short – let’s work together to make it one you can truly enjoy.
