I offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, and Biofeedback. Additionally, I provide presurgical psychological evaluations for clients preparing for bariatric, peripheral, or spinal cord stimulator procedures.
