Dr. Frose is the founder and CEO of Good Nights, LLC as well as a Behavioral Sleep Medicine Specialist and Licensed Psychologist at Aspire Psychological Services.  He holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from University of Memphis, a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Barry University with a dual specialization in clinical mental health and marital, couples, and family therapy, as well as a Bachelors degree from Michigan State University.
