Challenges are a part of life. When we are faced with a difficulty, we are presented with an opportunity for growth. This may seem impossible when you are in the midst of a challenging situation, especially if you are feeling alone. Reaching out for help is not easy. You may be wanting to develop greater self-awareness and insight, are in need of relief from symptoms of depression or anxiety, or wanting caring and unbiased support through a significant moment in life. I believe that each person is unique and I will start where you are and we’ll work together from there to reach your goals.

I offer grounded and compassionate therapeutic support for a range of challenges. These include grief and loss, anxiety, depression, men’s issues, and life transitions. Using integrative and evidence-based modalities, including Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing, I strive to help my clients to move from surviving to thriving.

It's possible to build healthy relationships with ourselves and others, to overcome patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us, and to step more fully into our authenticity.
