Shalila Douglas is a Clinical Psychologist who has been licensed in California since 2014. She worked for Tulare County Special Investigation Unit completing court ordered comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents and adults, and LPS conservatorships. Additionally, in her role as lead psychologist for the Mental Health Court team, she attended weekly court proceedings as a representative of Tulare County Mental Health. For the last five years, she has been employed with the State of California as a Senior Psychologist Specialist working with a Regional Mental Health Compliance team which oversees eight California State prisons to certify that appropriate mental health treatment is provided to inmates.
