My approach includes a wholistic focus on mental, emotional, and physical wellness as this creates a healthy foundation for change. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms. We can work with mindfulness, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), talk therapy, or narrative therapy.

I will help you to prioritize self-care, set boundaries, improve communication, regulate challenging emotions, and practice patience with yourself during therapy.
