Being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) can sometimes feel like a pain in the patootie, BUT being an HSP can be AMAZING! You’ve been told you’re too sensitive! You think/worry too much; you’re picky; it’s hard to let things go; it’s hard to make decisions because you want to make the perfect decision; You have strong emotional reactions; bright lights, strong smells, loud noises and crowds deplete you; you feel overwhelmed and tired. Sometimes there is a connection between anxiety, depression and being an HSP; however, there is NOTHING wrong with you! You were born this way. Your perceived weaknesses can be turned into incredible strengths (even if you don’t believe this)!

I help HSPs regain balance back in their lives, so you feel more peace; more calm; more joy, and you have way more acceptance around being an HSP. The world needs HSPs! We are conscientious, compassionate and loyal. We are the deep thinkers, artists, teachers, therapists, social advocates, Creatives, caregivers and healers.
