I focus on treating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Chronic Illness, Substance Abuse, Grief, Trauma and Adjustment Disorders. I utilize strengths based, humanistic, psychodynamic, and somatic perspectives in my work. I also maintain a CMT license and have extensive training in deep-tissue massage therapy. My bachelor’s degree is from SDSU and my master’s is from UC Berkeley.
I live an active personal life, with an emphasis on balancing professional commitments with self-care and exploration. My past times includes exercise, yoga, surfing, traveling, and spending time in nature. I wish to inspire people to live an authentic, fulfilling, and healthful life.
